The miniXplore puts a focus on playful exploration – without giving instructions and without “right” or “wrong”, enabling children and accompanying adults to venture on STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) without fear of failure while having a lot of fun and excitement.
Alongside technical and scientific understanding, the interactive stations promote communication, cooperation, creativity and problem-solving skills. The room’s artistic and architecturally diverse design also encourages children on various levels to become active and discover new things.
To provide the best possible experience, the number of visitors in miniXplore is limited and 40-minute slots are assigned. Due to the coronavirus crisis, the room capacity is currently limited to 20 persons.

You are spontaneous and flexible? Any remaining slots can be booked for free on the same day directly at the ticket offices.

Important Information
- For Children aged 3 to 8 years old. They must be accompanied by an adult in miniXplore.
- Ticket reservations are required for both children and adults.
- In case of more than 15 min. delay, reserved tickets lose their validity.
- Outdoor shoes must be taken off in miniXplore. You are welcome to bring slippers or slipper socks for yourself and your children.
