The organiser of this competition is "Technisches Museum Wien mit Österreichischer Mediathek, Mariahilfer Straße 212, 1140 Vienna", hereinafter referred to as Technisches Museum Wien. This competition is in no way connected with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. and is therefore not sponsored, supported or administered by the respective social media.
Eligibility & Opportunity to Participate
In principle, all persons aged 14 and over are eligible to participate. Owners, employees and other staff of the Technisches Museum Wien and all employees of participating third-party companies involved in the realisation of this competition are excluded from participation. The prerequisite for participation is the completion of an online questionnaire on the topic "Technisches Museum Wien Guest Survey" in the period between 01 March 2024 and 31 January 2025.

The organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with another prize of equal value.
Procedure
Violation of conditions of participation
Bei einem Verstoß gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen bzw. bei absichtlichen oder unabsichtlichen Falschangaben im Fragebogen behält sich das Technische Museum Wien das Recht vor, einzelne Teilnehmende von dem gegenständlichen Preisausschreiben auszuschließen. Ausgeschlossen werden auch Personen, die sich unerlaubter Hilfsmittel bedienen oder sich anderweitig durch Manipulation Vorteile verschaffen. Bei Verstoß gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen kann der zugesprochene Gewinn auch nachträglich aberkannt oder zurückgefordert werden.
Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payout of the awarded items is expressly excluded. Austrian law applies to these terms and conditions. Should any provision of these terms be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Data Protection
The Technisches Museum Wien assures that it will comply with the legal provisions on data protection and will use all data of the participants, including personal data, exclusively for the purpose of conducting this competition and will only pass it on to third parties to the extent necessary for the handling and execution of the competition. By participating, the participants agree to this use of their data by the Technisches Museum Wien or any service providers it may engage. The Technisches Museum Wien confirms that third parties are contractually obliged to comply with the legal provisions of the Data Protection Act when processing personal data. The recipient of the provided information is the Technisches Museum Wien. Participants can revoke their consent at any time by sending an email to (Subject: Guest Survey).
Right to Amend
The Technisches Museum Wien reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without providing reasons, insofar as this is necessary in the interest of a simple and secure handling and in particular to prevent abuse or for other reasons.

Procedure
- Participation in the giveaway takes place by answering the online questionnaire on the topic "Technisches Museum Wien Guest Survey".
- The opportunity to take part in the giveaway ends on 31 January 2025 at midnight.
- The winners will be drawn at random from all participants by the end of February 2025.
- The winners will be informed in writing by e-mail (to the e-mail address they have provided) or by post.
